Unfortunately no. For that you will probably want to use WMI. However keep
in mind that there is no longer a single logged on user. With terminal
services you could have multiple users logged into the machine at the same
time. You can use Win32::Lanman's terminal service functions, instead, to
manipulate logged on users. I explain how in the second edition of my TSE
book. ;)

You can specify a flag that will log off the user.
