I do not think it is possible, at least doing it the way you are as there is usually overlap between the SV_TYPE_WORKSTATION and SV_TYPE_SERVER flags. You could get the differences in output between the two and all unique ones with the SV_TYPE_WORKSTATION should be workstations, though that might mean you will miss a few.......
