i was having a similar problem and i came to this mailing list to
seek help. many people did suggest different things, and i am
very thankful to those who made efforts. But, finally my problem
is still unsolved. I had tried exactly the same as u did on ME
and NT workstation. The only difference was that i used only .cgi
and .pl extensions. When i open the script in my browser, it
shows in the statusbar, the page been downloading. But that
continues for ever and never shows the output/and no errors even.
Now i will try the other 2 extensions too as u say.
Sorry but i cannot be of any help to u.
