No notification is: (for office 2000 on win2k, for 97 it is 8.0 instead of 9.0) [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Preferences] "Notification"=dword:00000000 or delete the key To make it notify use: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Preferences] "Notification"=dword:00000001 Outlook must close and open to take effect.
