Apache and Mod_Perl

I've got a trouble with mod_perl and Apache 2.0.36.
When i start the service, i've got the event id 3299 and the following
message

The Apache service named  reported the following error:
>>> Cannot load C:\Apache\./modules/mod_perl.so into server: Le module
sp�cifi� est introuvable.     .

The file mod_perl.so is in the directory c:\Apache\modules.

Can you help me, thanks.
