Guys, this is not strictly related to Perl but I hope someone can help me anyway!
I need to store a password to access a remote database to be used by a Perl script and I'd like to make life difficult to anyone trying to steal the password looking into the registry. At first glance, it seemed impossible but I tried to search all my references (including Applied Cryptography and Google). Unfortunately, I didn't find anything useful. Probably there is no safe way to do it. Anyone with the same problem? Pointers to useful links? Thank you in advance for any help, Andrea _______________________________________________ Perl-Win32-Admin mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe: http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/mysubs
