The one glaring exception I have found is user rights management,
a.k.a. local security policy.  (You know, the stuff you manage with
ntrights.exe or secedit.exe or LsaAddAccountRights() etc.)  There
simply is no WMI interface to manipulate these.

I would love to be proven wrong.  Otherwise, I just might have to
install Win32::Lanman after all ;-).
