On windoze NT, I believe the only way to do it is to remotely edit the registry. Then 
you will have to stop and start the networking service remotes (which ones I am not 
sure) to enable the changes. Win2000 has the command line utility Netsh command. To my 
knowledge, there is no equivalent on NT 4.0.
