Mike,

If the XML is well formed, you can read it in as a record set, then display using a 
grid control or table generator.

I am complete novice at this, so bear with me. Where would I even start
converting XML to HTML ) for display on a web page... I looked at the apache
site for server side solutions, but I'd rather keep it in perl. The XML data
is generated only once a week, so the perl script needn't be run when the
user access the web page to view the data.
