Win32::Daemon::Simple does in fact use Win32::Daemon, as Phil Morley
pointed out. But I don't think you need to include it yourself.
I believe that it also does not use the standard Win32::Registry, but a
version maintained on Jenda's website as Win32::Registry2. Did you install
this? If not, you might want to try it.
