I have a user on my NT 4 server running Perl 5.6.1 and he is getting an out of memory error. His script reads and loads some files. Watching the NT task manger I see that as soon as the memory usage goes over 1 gig, the error occurs. The system has 3.2 gig of RAM and the drive itself has a 300 meg papefile. The same script and same data run on another server which has only 1 gig of RAM without problems. Both servers are running NT 4 with post service pack 6a.
There appears to be a bug or misconfiguration between Perl and an NT system with over 3 gig. Can anyone shed any light on the problem? Thanks.. _______________________________________________ Perl-Win32-Admin mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe: http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/mysubs
