Yes, I
have never gotten it to return anything but 0. The ACL is hiding in the
SecurityDescriptor field as a binary value so I am not sure what the point of
the Permissions field is (perhaps a placeholder). If you want to see who has
permissions to the share I have had better success using Win32::Perms by Dave
Roth.
