change that to read:
remove \1, "c:\\COMLOG.txt" || warn "I couldnt do it: $!";
remove \1, "c:\\Program\ Files\\Salive\\LG030523.log" || warn "I couldnt do it: $!";
 
and send the errors.
Notice I escaped the space in Program Files to Program\ Files
If that doesnt work, try "c:\\\"Program\ Files\"\\Salive\\LG030523.log"

An easy one that should be easy for you : The following lines should remove 2 files. The first is ok. it works fine. but the second does not. I can't understand why. can smoeone help??
 
use File::Remove qw(remove);
 
remove \1, "c:\\COMLOG.txt";
remove \1, "c:\\Program Files\\Salive\\LG030523.log";
