Computer Listing from Active Directory

I have been trying to find an example of a way to get a list of Computers from Active Directory (which are currently connected to the domain).  Our current Domain Administrators have stopped updating the “Master Browse” list so the Win32::Admin script is not useful.   Another task that I have been researching is a way to find any MS SQL Server on our domain regardless of version (6.5, 7.0 or 2000).
