Hi all, I'm trying to read and modify IIS metabase parameters from a W2K machine on both W2K and NT4 boxes. I can dump, view and modify on W2K from W2K just fine but from W2K to NT4 fails with access denied errors when I definitely have access.
I've read the following MSDN article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;262739 which identifies this problem having been fixed with post W2K SP2 patches and I have SP4. Has anyone else experienced this? I cannot get a simple metabase dump to work from W2K to NT4. I'm using Perl 5.8 on W2K SP4 and trying to use Win32::OLE to access the IIS ADSI Provider.
