WinNT:// will retrieve objects that aren't typed in the way a
CreateObject("IADs.User") call would return a typed object... the methods
and stuff are there but the list of methods exposed is slightly different
from what you get using LDAP://... also, WinNT:// works on NT4 but I don't
know if LDAP:// does - other than that you can pretty much use whatever is
convenient...
Rather than drilling though OU's for whereever the user account is located
you can GetObject("WinNT://domain/username")
The WinMgmts:// moniker is (iirc) basically a shortcut for ConnectServer()
although you end up with a slightly different interface.
