The various MAPI interfaces (CDO and the like) will do the job if you have Outlook configured with a profile, but assuming you're running Exchange 2K or above, search your nearest GC directly using ADO or LDAP - far far easier. A default filter of (mailNickname=*) will be a good start - after that you can add other criteria as required.
