When I am trying to install thw Win32::Perfmon-0.0.7 API, after running the Makefile.pl with perl, it gives some of the libraries are missing like (PDH.lib.msr.lib,oldnames.lib,kernel32.lib .....) but states that these re probably harmless. On next step of executing nmake -f makefile all .... it gives an error of cl- not an internal or external command. I have tried to find these lib files , but too not much avail. Please do respond asap.
