If you have some code that exhibits this, then I'd be interested to try to reproduce it. I though I could explain it, but then couldn't get an example together that validated my explanation.
Not really - as when you reduce the size of the application, the issue disappears. I'll keep an eye on it and as soon as I have something solid I'll raise a bug.
