Try this as your ComboBox construct:

$CBdropdown = $Window->AddCombobox( 
     -name   => "Dropdown",
     -left   => 10, 
     -top    => 25,
     -width  => 180, 
     -height => 400,
     -addstyle  => WS_VISIBLE | 2 | WS_VSCROLL | WS_NOTIFY,
);
