[perl-win32-gui-users] Tool tip implementation

        Hello,

        Can anybody shred some insight on the tool tip method implementation
new Win32::GUI::Tooltip (PARENT, %OPTIONS) such as:
        - PARENT - is this  a  handle or control name?
        - %OPTIONS - what are they?

        GUI.PM states that Tooltip is a preliminary - are there any plans to
make it permanent?
