In the world of <sighs> here is but one more.
The basic problem in the algorithm is that there are blanks at the end of the
text string in thte Delta_Times table. Sending a string with blanks at the end
to either the existing of the new algorithm causes a failure of monstrous
proportions. Removing the blanks yields the following results. Somewhat more
explainable tho' still with a few issues.
