[perl-win32-gui] Rightclick menu

I'm wondering how I can add a menuitem to the menu that comes up when a
user rightclicks an object in explorer or on the desktop (e.g. WinZip
adds 'Add to foo.zip' and ICQ adds 'Send file to user Bar'). I'd also be
happy to know more about how I to handle the request that is sent to my
Perl-script.

I'm not sure if this question is entirely WIn32-GUI, but I believe that
this is where I can reach most people who can answer it. I hope nobody's
offended.
