hi all,
I have IIS4 (NT) setup and mapped '.cgi' and '.pl' with perl.exe.
When I run .cgi or .pl scripts from the server
(either from cgi-bin or at the root directory)
the browser starts keep on searching for a long time
and the scripts are not executing.
Even simple "heloWorld" program is not working.
If I run these scripts from the command line perl.exe <script name>
it works fine.
I can also run asp/vb scripts from the cgi-bin without any problem.
I think something wrong with perl mapping.
Can anybody help me to figure out what's wrong ?
