This is just getting silly.  This whole thing boils down to simple courtesy.
I have yet to hear a defensible reason to actually use HTML email other than
"cause I want to".  There shouldn't be any need to "enforce" anything.
Using a cliché', we're all adults here.  Lets show some respect for other
people's wishes.  Sheesh.
