I whipped up the attached script one day for a customer. It uses Net::SMTP and MIME::Base64. Its a cgi that will upload a file and then attach that to an email. I'm sure you can pick it apart and get it to work for you.. This runs on IIS 4.0.. BTW CDO sucks.. IMHO
