Back in 1999, I found the perl script, fav2html.pl by
Kevin Mulholland. see

its still available for download. AFAIK he is now 100% *Nix, so I didn't send
my version to him.
This is a script which will make a pretty web page for your Win32 Internet
Explorer favorites. What I have added to the KM effort is expandable folders.
My Version Adds Expandable Folders

My approach uses a Hash of Hash super structure. I succeeded only
becase I had the Data::Dumper module showing me the guts of the HoH.
