All,
I have 50 Windows servers that I've been upgrading scripts on the past few weeks. Part of tha process is going to the latest version of Perl and using PPM to install 3 modules. On every server I want to install the crypt::randpasswd through ppm. I've completed 30 so far and just did 4 yesterday without any problems. Today I got the error below. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Also, does anyone know another place I can get it? Lastly, who should I notify to see if they can resolve the problem with that module's installation.
ppm> s crypt::randpasswd
Searching in Active Repositories
1. Crypt-RandPasswd [0.02] random password generator based on FIPS-181
ppm> i 1
Package 1:
Error: PPD for 'Crypt-RandPasswd.ppd' could not be found.
Note the mehod I used above to first search and then install the package is what I've done every time so far without issue.
