Add a remote share

I'm trying to figure out how to add a share to a remote computer and then
connect to it.  This is just a one-off thing.  I know I can use NetResource
to create a local share.

For example I need to \\bobserver to share his c:\bobstuff directory and I'm
doing this from a remote computer.
