Actually, they are not exclusively for *x users, you can even ask the
occasional WinPerl question, but you had better do your homework first
(man, FAQs, test scripts, etc.)

And I'm sure there are others somewhere.

For Perl-oriented mailing lists that aren't hosted by AS (maybe some of
