You can also add the
use diagnostics;
pragma to the beginning of your script and perl will print out better
explanations of the warnings as they happen.

Hi all,
My name is Eric and I am very new to this Perl User list.
I would like to know where to look for explanations went error/warning
messages are displayed while using the '-w' switch.
For example, I am using the 'autouse' command. On IRIX 6.5 I don't get any
messages but on Windows NT 4.0 I get the following message; "Subroutine
<whatever-the-subname> redefined at <wharever-fullpath> at line
<whatever-line-number>.
Can anyone guide me?
