Well, when you unpacked `NMAKE.EXE' from one of the following
two sources (`NMAKE15.EXE' is a self-extracting archive):

    http://support.microsoft.com/download/support/mslfiles/NMAKE15.EXE

    ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Softlib/MSLFILES/nmake15.exe

you should have also unpacked `NMAKE.ERR', and put it in your path
along with `NMAKE.EXE'.
