Note all your typos.
Don't quote the integers.
WaitForWindow() expects the the 'exact' name of the window. In your
example, the title of the Notepad application is 'filename.ext -
Notepad'. Simply having $title = "Notepad" won't find it.
WaitForAnyWindow() allows you to use a regular expression to find the
title, which is probably what you are looking for.
