You should be able to use PPM to find tk modules w/in Activie State.
Now depending on whether you are on 523 or 5.6.0 you might have to do
something different(saw some msg regarding this for 5.6.0), but AS has a
number of tk modules.

        I've looked all over but I can't figure out how to get Perl/Tk

        but I don't know which file to download if that's even the right
