Iv'e posted this response before - please let me know if it works for you
I get this message occasionally also. It seems to be caused by a garbage
character in the parser.pm file. Edit Parser.pm, go to line 168, put the
cursor on col 1, and hit delete twice, then backspace, then enter. Don't
ask me why, but this seems to fix it.

Cannot locate Mail/Sender in @INC
Is there another way to install this package?
