SSI in WIN98 on Apache

None of me SSI calls seem to work. I am a real newbie to the win32 thing, 
so any help will be apprieciated. What I have done is I have installed the 
Apache Web server software...then the WIN32 ActivePerl. The CGI scripts 
work, but the SSI calls are not...what should I do?
