Not sure about PerlApp, but I think Perl2Exe packs the modules into the exe,
which is expanded to $ENV{temp}||$ENV{tmp} on execution, unless you specify
the -tiny option on compiling, then it puts most of it into a few external
dll's, which need to reside in the path..
