excuse this if is a stooopid question but my per skills are very
limited
History is i move our sites rom one www server to another, both running
IIS 4.0 on Winnt4.0 server. Both running
ActivePerl-5.6.0.618-MSWin32-x86-multi-thread.msi
giving this error
