need help with https request through LWP::UserAgent!

Hi again...
I am using LWP::UserAgent and I am trying to do an https request.
I get an error saying : 'Protocol scheme https not supported'.
I looked through the emails in the perl-win32-web and I found an
email suggesting that in order to do https request you need Crypt::SSLeay.
Do you know guys where I can get those and which are the adecuate once for
winNT
and how to install them? Do I need to put them under the Perl folder?
