This appears to be a (mis-) feature of Outlook. Whenever it receives
a text message with an HTML attachment, it simply assumes that the
HTML is preferred. Hey, at least it preserves the text as an
attachment ;^). It's really annoying to have colleagues email me
a page they want me to see (or criticize), and have to open a
separate attachment to find out what they want me to do with it.
