.. anyway I develop a new project and need a totaly free of charge database
server, if there is anyone outside ? what is with mySQL ? or others ?
Must stored binary and long fildtypes, too .. even a lot of tables ....
any idea ?

You can download trials from www.sybase.com. If you have a linux box
you can install Sybase 11 for free development work.
Be careful, Sybase have two database products ASE and ASA. ASA is based
off the old Watcom SQL server engine whereas ASE is based on the Sybase
engine (simillar to MS SQL). Make certain you know which you need.
