Sorry if this question is not relevant to this mailing list. But I can't
think of any other place to post this question. I have just installed a
third party CGI program. The only problem is that the program is written
in C, but after it is compiled, it is given an .cgi file extension.
Since I use IIS4, .cgi has been already mapped to Perl intepreter. Now
when I execute the program from the web, it returns an error message like
"Unrecognized charactrer \x90 at c:\InetPub\scripts\xxxx.cgi line 1.
Can somebody suggest a solution to this problem?
Thanks
Alan Jiang
