Ron Grabowski suggested the use of <%= %>
<tr> <td align=right>City:</td> <td align=left><b>
<%= $Request->Form('city')->{Item} %>
</b></td></tr>
but Active State still substitutes the name of the function represented by
<%= , namely
$Response->write($Request->Form( 'City' )->{Item} );
The suggestion looked to be just what I wanted, but I'm still stuck.
