I'm trying to use cgi scripts on our internal IIS server. I find that scripts in the cgi-bin directory won't execute unless I remove the shebang #! line from the top of the script. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I'm having other problems but this is one obvious one that might lead to fixing the others.
