We had numerous problems with the 8.1.5 driver here and we went back to 8.0.5. When
8.1.6 came out it was much better.

I can execute all other perl programs through IIS web server except connect to
oracle data base. Surprisingly, I able to connect to database at command prompt.
Anything to do at Web server configuration...?
And I even created a ORACLE_HOME variable and add that into path
Error goes like this..
