Win2K, perl v 5.6.620, Tk module installed

Is it possible to run a Tk GUI within a web browser
(ie, ns..)? I have attempted to, but the server times out.
If I run the script from the command line, it works
fine.
How can I incorporate / execute a perl GUI within,
or through, a web browser?
