I guess I was not as clear as I might be.

I am particularly interested in the `flastmod' and LAST_MODIFIED
constructs.  I would like to be able to do this in utc:

        <!--#config timefmt="%Y%m%d%H%M$%S"-->

        <!--#flastmod virtual="./index.html"-->
--OR--
        <!--#echo var="LAST_MODIFIED"-->
