The Perl for ISAPI FAQs indicate that you can tell if a script is running
under Perl for ISAPI or not by checking the PERLXS environment variable.
My perl scripts run fine, and IIS appears to be configured correctly for the
.plx extension to run perlis.dll - but $ENV{PERLXS} is never set.
Any other ideas on how I can confirm that Perl for ISAPI is being used?
