Addressed some Perl::Critic policies for the newly added components
- [Documentation::RequirePodSections], AUTHOR and COPYRIGHT
- [Modules::RequireVersionVar]
All modules have been given version 1.0, should probably read 1.00.
I need to clarify the copyright notice with Scott Hardin and the project group.
