embed.fnc: Macro default visibility changed in 5.43.0
It actually changed in 5.43.8, as the comment previously said. But this
change was backported in 3f18151623c65345fb59e8024f98c3e1caef1a44 to
5.43.0, so the effective release is plain 5.43.
